I hired James Alimonti owner of Triple J construction company AKA / triple J Trucking company of Jennings Circle Peabody ma to do work on my house he was all gun ho at first singed a contract he started the work was to be done by June come November he still was not finished small things needed to be done got all his money because he scammed my mother into giving him the money
He told me he would come back to finish after the holidays well January came I called to complain about the new windows and how drafty they were he aid he would come out to look he did he was to call JelWend Representative to come and look at them well he never did call I found out in February when I called the company myself they sent a guy out to look and he said the windows were not installed properly he only had 3-5 nails in the entire window they were very loose and he did not put the rubber stripping around the flange of the window to keep the draft out roof is leaking siding is not installed correctly and my foundation had a big crack in the front of it he never finished the brick wall or the garage
I did speak to the attorney Generals office they referred my case to some elderly service in Cambridge which was a big flop I had to contact an attorney now well last year and the contractor has been playing games
I feel as though the attorney Generals office should of handled this because this contractor committed fraud he pulled an illegal permit to begin with and took advantage of an elderly person which elder service in Cambridge found that out
now I have to go to court but will be along drawn out process my heating bills have tripled because of all the cold coming into the house first floor and second floor and the house is still not in order
Mr Alimoniti did tell elder service in Cambridge that if I got three estimates that he would pay to have the work done correctly since we did not want him back in our home to finish anything now
