I bought a Life Fitness Elliptical. I should not have bought it, but this is a high pressure sales environment. The lady followed me around the entire time talking, and talking, and telling me about how great the equipment was.
To make a long story short, they lied about the warranty, they lied about service and they lied about a study done by a university on the Precor which now I know has twice the Warranty. I had to pay for my warranty!!! I had it for 1 WEEK!!! Now it does not work.
The service guy they sent to my house is one CRACK ROCK away from a CRACK STROKE! I ask him where he was certified and he said "UHH JUST LEARNED HERE AND THERE"? What? He was supposed to be a trained service Tech! He actually caused more problems.
I called them back, They lie to cover lies! I cannot get a refund, now I have to wait for a real service tech out of Chicago! Nice! 3 more weeks without my $4000.00 elliptical.
