I received this notification that said I was contacted by John McNabb cofirming $1,000, 000.00 would be paid to me contingent upon my ANC Control no. Being officially established as a match for the winning number but the delivery status has been out on hol duntil I send $11.89 payment.

Who is this guy and what sweepstakes, etc. Etc.
