Rec'd a 2nd letter from the above company stating $3,000, 000 will be paid to me contingent upon submission of an ANC control No. Along with $12.99. Supposedly, the Delivery Status is on hold until I send the fee via check, credit card, or a money. Signed by William MacDougal, Compliance Examiner. Please stop him from trying to scam people. Thank You.
