I too have fallen foul of this scam, I am a bit afraid to call the number incase it costs me dearly. I wrote and cancelled the 'so called agreement' with them on 24/1 and asked them not to take any monies from my account but they still have taken it. I also asked for confirmation of my instructions to no avail. I would be interested if anyone has had any luck getting their money back. It was on Rip off Britain last Wed 1/2 incidently, although they didn't offer any advice really
