Outback Steakhouse runs a reward program that requires entering code numbers from ticket receipts onto their website. Every time I have attempted to enter such codes I have encountered difficulties with their websites. Their "contact us" site replies to my complaints only with boilerplate formulas that have not taken into account my specific problems. They state that the program works only with, for instance, Internet Explorer Windows 7 for PCs, which I have. But it still does not work. I have wasted much time going back and forth with their online "contact us", following their instructions with only aggravation as a result.
