I bought 2 giftcards from Outback, one of which was no good. My daughter tried to use her $50 card at Outback on Two Notch Rd.in Columbia, SC and was told it had a 0 balance. Upon further investigation, I was informed the card number had been used at Carraba's in Columbus, Ohio. I've spoken with Colleen several times, have been told she and her 'team' would look into the matter, and have not been contacted with resolution.
