I was searching online and saw a free trial through Aqualift and Vitaderm. It said that all I would have to do is pay shipping for this trial. I have never received this product but the next thing I know they are taking money from my credit card. That is not a trial if the product is not in my hands. Customers should not be responsible for inaccurate information. I want my money return to my credit card that this company stole from me. This is FRAUD and disrespect towards customers who have been given faulty information!
