I called a nationally recognized plumbing company tele. Number, and got a plumber named David Hartman, Albany, NY who was posing as a franchise owner of that company. Mr Hartamn sent a plumber to my house to onclog a grease plug from my kitchen sink, we agreed on a price of $244.00. When the job was done the plumber Mark, completely altered the contract and entered a new price of $419.00. When I complained that he was making unauthorized contractual changes he said "Look, I'm being nice, I could add the two prices toghether, making the job over $ 700.00!!! I got scammed by Mr David Hartman, Albany, NY
