I ordered a sample face gel from this company which I received and paid £5.78 for. Then, 2 months after receiving my order a payment of £89.25 was taken out of my bank account. I hadn't ordered anything else from them. Then on 31st Jan another £27.50 had been taken out from the same company. I rang the number they quoted on the despatch note and it was a wrong number so I couldn't speak to anybody.
I have emailed them saying I do not wish to receive anything else from them and that I will be taking legal action to get my cash back - I have not heard anything since.
