This man spends money on the kids while they are in his care, but is contstantly behind on his court ordered child support. He has been known to support girlfriends, children that are not biologically his, and lots of pets...
Yet when it comes to his own flesh and blood he is full of lies and excuses! He has lied to the judge in the past, he has served jail time once... But that is not enough!
This man needs to know that not paying his court ordered child support is abuse! That not paying is putting his kids in finacial hardship and that this is classified as child abuse/neglect.
