Ordered a dress which was delivered faulty, emailed to return which took forever then they finally agreed for me to send it back, I then paid £13 to get it back and attached receipt to website. It is now february and still no refund and they have now put void on website. I have tried everything but the website is so difficult to get hold of anyone which i think they do on purpose to be fair. So still no money back and so angry as buy online all the time and have never had a bad experience yet but this has just been terrible.
