I brought the dress from wedding dresses in the UK in May, when I recieved my dress it looked nothing like it did in the picture and the fress was around 90, it was cheap looking with terrible stitching, the dress was lilac with a horrible tacky limp bow around the waist, nothing like the one I fell in love with on the internet.
It even says on thier website about returning a faulty dress which it is, but when I have contacted the customer service they have been no help, just asked me to send in pictures. When they have seen how horrible the dress looks in the pictures they have simply ignored my emails. Not a good sign of customer service.
Thier website says they are wedding dresses in the UK, if so how comes I was charged with a customs charge of 15 from China? This was not pointed out when buying the dress and I have not recieved a penny back.
Do not buy from them! They are money hungry and dont care if you are actually satisfied with your dress, save yourself some money and go and get a better made dress from a market.
