I ordered a free trial of the Nutrascience weight loss pills and patches mid January. I did not start to use them until January 30th, therefore I am still on the first 30 day supply at the moment. I wanted a second month's supply so I did not cancel the account, thinking that they would only charge me £37.50 altogether (as this is what wassaid on the letter they sent me and online). However, when I got my bank statement last week I found out that they had charged me £75 on top of the £37.50 that they said. I rang them up earlier today and cancelled the account, but before I did this, I found out that they had set me a third supply on Thursday 16th (when my second supply was only shipping 2 weeks before, and it's supposed to be monthly). So they have taken another £113.50 from me that should have never happened!!! I am VERY angry and annoyed about this so could you please do your best to get me my money back. Thankyou
