On July 27th, I opened a box of Upper Deck Exquisite Baseball Cards and received a redemption card for a dual Derek Jeter/Hanley Ramirez autograph card #d to 25. I filled out the online form to register my redemption number. I never received the card. I called Upper Deck in July and was told I would receive the card immediately. I never received it. I called several more times, and customer service kept promising me the card, but also kept getting ruder and ruder. They also gave me false addresses for contacting executives, wasting more of my time and money. Eighteen months later, I still have not received my card. Upper Deck will not answer my emails nor respond to any messages I leave with the customer service voice mail. I have even filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, but Upper Deck won't even respond to them! I have been trying for a year and half, but at this point I don't think I will ever receive this card.
