I needed to revise my Upper Web on 10/01/08 I had been billed $139.97 two nights later the upper web upgrading place again. I believed that perphaps on 10-01/08 it didn't consider and that I tried again. Then I had been billed $129.97 and Also The Upper updated indication continues to be poping. I had been billed twice but still The upper Web isn't functioning. Could you please consider this issue and alter this issue. I'd like The Upper Web to become updated and that I want to return among the costs on my charge card. I really hope to listen to from you quickly.
