On 12/1 I ordered a North Face jacket from this web site. I received what seemed to be legitimate acknowledgement and reference order number and a commitment the jacket would be shipped to me within 5 - 7 business days. On 12/4 the charge showed up on my credit card as a transaction with www.comelystationery. C Beijig 82296. I never received the merchandise and have sent numerous email demanding they credit my credit card account. What is surprising is that I have received several responses acknowledging and apologizing with a promise that my account will be credited soon. Don't get me wrong, the responses I did receive were not timely and the language used made it obvious who ever is on the other end was not educated in the English language. All promises and commitments were empty and I have finally come to the conclusion that I was scammed. I did find it odd that they were even responding to me so I have to believe with the appropriate resources these people can be caught and stopped. They are ripping everyone off and making a very bad impression for the true North Face. Please let me know if I can provide anything more to get the process started. I have saved every email and document sent and received to this web site.
