My daughter ordered a breast cancer north face jacket with the christmas money she had received. This is something she has saved for and wanted due to the relation of the cause (breast cancer) to our family. I should have known better when the charge took so long to post. Anyway, finally we received this jacket she had waited on and been so excited to receive, only to find that it was the wrong size. It could have fit a doll, it was so small. I really only started out wanting to exchange it, but now I see that my daughter has been scammed and that really, really makes me mad. How can I contact these people or do anything? They cannot continue to do this to people. There should be some sort of consequences. Please any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
