I received an email from my husband with a link to the HPW site. I looked it over and figured if he sent it to me I should give it a shot. I paid the 97.95 and logged in to the member area but the first step was to call the support line and I never reached anyone. I tried to access my member account later that day and I couldn't get past the login.
