I ordered a pair of shoes from Shoe Bungalow on Nov 29th and the cost was deducted from my account immediately. A week later, after still not having received the shoes, I tracked my order. The status was that the shoes were not available and a refund had been issued. It is now Dec 18th and nothing has been refunded as yet. I have repeatedly emailed the business at numerous email addresses inquiring about the refund and have not received any replies. I have called the number provided but always receive a "all of our agents are busy" message. I have even attempted to contact one of their online operators but one is never available. How
