Www.toryburchsshoesinoutlets.com is where I placed an order. The items are fake. Finally figured out this was an operation from China
by contacting the company also in China that made the financial transaction by accepting my money..
The purchase was for 2 pair of Tory Burch ballerina flats size 9 in re and black. The website was toryburchshoes. The amount of the purchase was 185.00.in correspondence I kept asking abou the order and wanted assurance the items would arrive by Christmas 2011. I asked to expedite the order with additional costs. No reply. Then on Dec. 15 I received an email from toryburchshoes advising me that the order would not arrive by Christmas and asked if I still wanted them. I said no. Then they shipped them anyway Iwas informed by the supplier that they had been shipped. They told me if I didn't want them to return them and upon receipt, they would give me a full refund of $185.76 USD.
The shoes arrived (w / return information in Chinese) and the order was not the order I had placed. Wrong shoes. The shoes are conterfeit. The website wher I placed the order has no real contact information.
I finally contacted the 3rd party payor to help interface with helping me locate an address for the return "yourspay.com" aka also out of China but so far believed to be assisting me regularly.
I mailed the shoes back from US post office with a label to track and as of Feb. 1 there has been attempted delivery. Cost me $44.37 USD.
My correspondence with toryburchshoes is at best unacceptable.

I received an email from toryburchshoes giving me this contact information and a statement that I could send back the produce to this address and they would refund the money after they receive the items. They also asked for the tracking number which I sent a picture of on the shipping box. I also copied yourspay.com
