I phoned Yourspay this morning and i got through to someone. He asked me for my Payment No (YS1211290720481333) and told me that it was an order coming to the sum of $130 and said that he will get onto the company now and i should have a reply within 2 days...
Then i had another e-mail saying:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting YourSPay. We are the online credit card payment gateway.
Your message has been forwarded to the merchant who will reply to you ASAP, if you need further assistance, plz feel free to contact us. Have a nice day,
Sincerely,
Customer Service Center
YourSPay.
Gavinmeng"
This is the message that got me worried because it doesn't say "Dear Tom" there are no images or anything with the e-mail and whoever it is has spelled "please" as "plz".
I then had a search on the web for Yourspay and found many many complaints.
Can anyone help me or shed some light on what i should do?
Any help or respose would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Tom.
