On April 27th we payed for the delivery of 2 pair of shoes. Since April 27th until now, we have send numerous emails to Air Jordan Wear asking about the status of our order and the freight/tracking and trace number of DHL so we could pick up the shoes ourselves in The Netherlands, since Air Jordan Wear claimed DHL can't find our address. (Which I verified with DHL and they say its impossible and the sender must have made a mistake in the shipping details).
Until May 9th I only received promisses; after that date I even didn't receive any reaction at all to all the emails I sent, asking for shipping date and details. I lost all trust that the ordered shoes are shipped or will ever arrive and mailed Yourspay (wich claims to be the leading online credit card payment gateway service providers in Asia) about this matter and asked for a refund of our money. They promissed to contact the merchant and we could contact them if we need further assistance. And we did but up to this very moment, 8 july never heard from them again.
