I was charged sixty dollars and only recieved forty dollars from the ATM. I have reciepts for my checked balance I did before making any withdraw. And I have the receipt for the money transaction and for two more ballance's I checked. I also save the very cash that came out of the machine in case it might be important. I have never had this happen to me before and I have not any idea what steps to take. If someone could please help or point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
