On January 4th, I gave Gloria Thomas Patient Advocate @PMC a receipt on Jnauary 4 because my mom Eleanor Streib was a patient at PMC. The prescription eye drops that my mom was prescipbed to take daily was lost between the ICU and the 4th floor of the hospital. The nurses asked me to get another prescription because the hospital does not carry the drops. I picked up the drops from CVS on 1/3. At a patient/family meeting we asked the Patient Advocate how RXs can be lost when handed from one nurse to another. Gloria Thomas told my family on 1/4 @2:15 pm that if we gave her athe receipt she would reimburse the money to us. I gave her the receipt at that time. When my mother passed away we still have not received the money back. My mom passed away on the 6th.
I have emailed John in the billing office and Gloria Thomas seven times and it has been almost a month and no check. The hospital apathy quickly became clear and I lost my mother. Please et the
