After fighting several viruses, then intentionally renewing my antivirus software with norton my hard drive crashed. After my hard drive was rebuilt I moved on to a different internet security provider. I counted what I paid norton as a loss since it was all wiped out by a virus anyway, and was apparently worthless protection.in the mean time I paid for a year of protection I did not get and figured I'd never be able to get the money back anyway. I never authorized any further renewals to norton & never again received any notifications from them to purchase more software, yet there is a charge of $74.36 on my credit card for a norton annual renewal. I never authorized any such payment, nor did I ask for more of norton's inadequate protection.
