On Tuesday January 24, I Payed a fee of $120. To an agency ho was supposed to deliver listings with reliable information regarding apartments for rent. The Lists sent to me were inaccurate. Every time I called to find out about the apartment the person who answered the call did not know about the apartment or any other in the category that I was looking for.
My experience was mortifying and I did not get any results
I will copy for you the email exchange that I experienced with Jennifer G., a manager of Creative NC Consultants Services. Bridgette is my specialist:
From me:
Hello, Bridgette. I'm calling the management companies and they don't know about the apartments that you listed. They don't seem to have anything like it either.

Hi how are you I'm sending you this as a courtesy please be advised that Bridgette is your specialist and she is the one that you have to email if you need anything.
From me:

Jennifer. Thank you for the courtesy. I called Casablanca Management (347-202-9405) and i was told that what you are doing is a scam. She didn't know what I was talking about. She has no apartments and said with no hesitation that you are collecting money and sending fake listings. The other companies from the listing gave me similar responses; non of the apartments existed. Today I spend all day trying to get answers from you unsuccessfully. You are playing with people who need help and are willing to pay cash.
Jennifer, I know my rights and the number for the Better Business Bureau. Please, you be advised that I am VERY persistent (as you may have already noticed) and wont let $120 go. I will be going in person and sending inspections to your agency as many times as I need to, to get my money back if your listings don't start coming with reliable information.

Hi I got your email Im sorry that you keep on geting wrong information Ashley did call them for you not only that but I did also I do not know why are they doing this but ill will forward this to Brigettes supervisor. Also we are not a scam you do have a receipt from use that you did come down to are office and signd up with are services and read and signd are turms & conditions as well as when you come to are building you provided security id. Also we have references of clientes that have succeed in getting apartments what im going to do first thing in the morning I will speak to Bridgettes supervisor once again I do apologies.
