I received a letter with a PNC Bank #62786 check from Gooseberry Patch for $3797.00. The letter said, "The total amount for the insurance and processing charges is $2987.32 only." I called the phone number 1-289-8942200, and a woman with immediately said what is your claim number?" She did not have a company name, nor answer the phone in a professional manner. When I told her so, she just hung up. This is definately not a legitimate company.
