I was contacted by this firm quoting that they are a charity! And asking payment for books that I ordered over the phone some 5 months ago, I didn't order any books although they insist I did, I have ask for proof of my order but they cannot produce proof and have sent me a bill for £100. Since receiving the invoice I have spoken to various people who have received correspondence from the same company and like me they didn't place any order. As yet I have not payed and they have not contacted me, if they do I intend to tell them to take me to court. There invoice do's not mention any charity or give a registered charity number!?
