On January 3, I heard an ad on the radio stating that I would get a $1000. Grocery gift card to partipate in a market research program to track consumers purchases. I called the number and they told me I did qualify and I would receive a gift card for $1000. He said I had to pay 19.95 to get the card and this fee was for the card and processing charges. I decided to get the card only to find out that it is coupons that have to be purchased online and not a gift card. I could not find a phone number in the paperwork to call to cancel my membership before they charged me for February. Their only contact information is [email protected]
