I have ordered (over the internet) a home appliance - food mixer from Ask Ziinga during the first week in September. I authorised 1 only payment of R659.99 (South African Rand) from my credit card. I had to fax a filled in form for the address where they must send the item, which I did. I havent received anything from them and they are deducting R659.99 from my account every month - 21/09,21/10,22/11,20/12 and 19/01. I don't know how to get out of this scam and will appreciate any help. (Personal Information Removed)
