I have a cell phone on craigs list for sale and the buyer wanted my to ship it to africa said he would go through paypal because it was safe unfortunatly it was not he wanted me to send it usps express dont do it because if you send it to another country it cant be stopped we got scamed dont let it happen to you local or ship to states only learned our lesson wont happen again
