Order samples from vitaderm and aqualift on 1/19 for 2.25 and $2.40. On the 19th they also deducted $74.99 for aqualift and another $79.99 for vitaderm which i never agreed to putting my account unable to clear a very important deduction of $750.00able to clear my account. While i have recieved my samples i ordered on the 19th, i have not received the aqualift for which they wrongly deducted from my account on the 19th for$74.99 nor the vitaderm for which they deducted 79.99 on the 23rd. I spoke to a guy named sam at 877-498-1950 who gave me cancellation verfication nos. For both but said they were on there way in the mail to me and could not refund my money until i returned them. Why would they take $74.99 out the same day as they deducted the fee for my samples and i still don't have it. I don't have either of them
