I was doing business with another company and was asked to fax an authorization for auto-withdrawal from my bank account. Somehow this Allstar Processing sent me a form with no logo, which was authorization for automatic withdrawal amounting to $560.13 for services. I thought it was the other company. They withdrew $560.13 from my Wells Fargo Bank account on the above date. I was told to fax them a Notice of Cancellation which I did, effective 1-20-12 and the money would be redeposited into my bank account, which has not been done as of 1-30-12
