Wells Fargo Auto Finance has double-dipped into my account for the total amount of $2803. I have given authorization to them only once to withdraw $1649 but did not give them authorization to withdraw $1154. Because of Wells Fargo Auto Finance I won't be able to pay my rent for March... It's going to be late. I have filed a complaint report with the Better Business Bureau; I have talked to Bank of America to investigate the matter; and I have tried numerous times to regain my money from Wells Fargo Auto Fianance. They have been completely uncooperative and uncaring. I've had a hard time trying to recoup my funds from them. They are giving me the run around... Bank of America has stepped in to resolve the issue. The Better Business Bureau has just now gotten involved. What else can I do?
