I ordered a purse from their site, NEVER received a confirmation e-mail but got a confirmation number on-screen immediately. When using the tracking feature on the site, the status remained "processing" for well past the 1-3 business days they promised to ship the purse within. I checked my bank account to see they had charged me day of for the purse and, mind you, the status was still "processing."

I called customer service and they told me all stores were out of stock and had declined to ship, but she was seeing on the computer that a store in Washington carried it and would E-MAIL THEM to ask them to ship it to me. (Would they have done anything if I hadn't called!?) I asked for an order cancellation and a confirmation number of my customer service transaction, but she wouldn't give me one, saying instead that I would receive an e-mail... (as if I have an ounce of confidence in that happening!) She said if I didn't receive a refund within 2-5 business days, to call back. Honestly, I'm not expecting to see that money again.
