Where do i begin. First off the management at 7351 Halifax Street are TOTAL SCUM BAGS and SCAM ARTISTS, they cleary DON'T QUALIFY as managers and should be TERMINATED due to lack of proffesional management skills. Where do these people get off thinking their qualifyed??? Seriously how are they licensed??? Or better yet are they and if so where did they get there license from, out of a cracker jack box!!! Then theres the maintenence crew OMG the maintenence crew, what a joke they are... These people are a total joke and make what could be a nice place to live a total joke. I moved in this place several years back thinking it was the perfect place to live do to it being pet friendly and a great location. The suite i moved into wasn't in great condition when i saw it and so i brought it to Lidia's attention. The carpet looked horrible and stunk like mildue and cigerettes and the walls weren't done. She said that the carpet had been cleaned and that the walls were patched and painted when clearly none of that was true. There were stains in the carpet, burnt marks, it stunk like dirty old carpet that needed to be removed. There were holes in the walls still, no paint job had been done, there was some patching done but not done very well, it was disgusting. Lidia said that if there was something that i wasn't satisfyed with that we could work around it later. I thought ok well if that's the case then fine, so when i moved in i got a sheet to mark off all that was wrong with the suite. Lidia told me not to worry about it and wanted me to check everything off as if there was nothing wrong with the suite and mentioned that we'de work around it later. I took the suite thinking ok everything will be worked around afterwords, boy was i wrong... After moving in there found out that the place was full of problems. The plumbing situation was horrible, the water in the bath tub kept backing up as well as the bathroom sink. When i asked the maintenence guy to come around and fix it he said it supposed to be like that, so my sink and bath tub are supposed to be backed up hhmmmm ya ok. There were stains in the ceiling do to the flooding problem they had in the building and had the joy of experiencing a flood myself in my kitchen... Ood grief. One day water started pooring out from the ceiling in the kitchen and there was water everywhere. The dishwasher did not work properly either it would over flow, so i couldn't use it. I asked if they could replace the dishwasher and they never did. The walls were never painted or patched properly, the carpet never got replaced when it should have been, nothing got done. They constantly have the plumbing shut off due to the plumbing issue. I got herrassed over my cats which was total bs because in the ad it said pets ok. I was warned that if i didn't get rid of my cats that i would have to move out, all i have to say is bring it because i'll gladly move out. They tryed to pin one months rent not payed on me when i pay my rent. Lidia tryed to rip me off 25$ and came up with the lamest excuse in that my rent wasn't paid on time when i always have money in my account for them to collect and have records to prove it too... Like seriously are these people on crack??? What are they thinking??? I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone. It's to bad cuz it's a really nice area but it's people like this that ruin it for everyone!
