Hinkle Roofing was contracted by my very close relative in 2002 to make repairs to her roof. The relative had a city grant for elderly for home repairs.
When Hinkle Roofing finished, the leak in the living room was worse than when they began repairs. My elderly relative then called Hinkle Roofing to come out and finish the repairs; they refused. The city refused to pay the grant out to Hinkle Roofing because of the unfinished state of repair they left the roof in.
Hinkle Roofing then sued my elderly relative, going so far as to try and lein and sell her property, the only home she has. I and another relative came forth with enough to satisfy the debt, which we feel was undue. I wish someone would either put these liars out of business or do to them what they tried to do to my relative.
