I want to file a complaint against Time Warner Cable. Not only do they offer the worst service, with TV, phone and Internet periodically unavailable, but they lie about rates, and they are also running a gigantic scam with their $100 Reward cards. There are NO reward cards. Customers send copies of their last bill (s) with TCW’s competitors. TWC will string them along for a few months, before eventually telling them that nothing was received. It happened to me; it also happened to other consumers who complained on the Internet. I sent a complaint to the BBB, following which, TWC pretended their cards were late, and I would receive one beginning of January. I am still waiting.
Consumers beware: In addition, TWC charges MORE than their competitors, yet for a substandard service. I never had so many outages: phone, Internet and TV, all at the same time, for hours on end, once at a three-day interval. I could not even phone to report the outages: a recording stated there was a problem in the area, and their technicians were dealing with it. The following day, TWC refused to acknowledge the outage, and refused to refund money.
