I ordered an item from E-spy which i should have been able to download right there and then. Unfortunately i had to wait 5days before they emailed me back (Personal Information Removed) club009 is where the email came from. When i received the email and i tried to download the link it just kept rejecting me. I emailed the company and told them about the trouble that i was having, till today i have not heard anything from them and its been 3days. Unfortunately they have already charged my credit card and i have no way of stopping it. I sent them another email to refund me back my money two days ago and i still havent heard anything from them. I had two of my friends purchased the same software from E-SPY and the same thing is happening to them.
