Ordered Adobe Acrobat in download format. Received email stating that the download information would be sent in a separate email that day. No email received. No email received the following day. Checked spam folder just in case but no email there either. Emailed the company in the "Contact Us" page on their website but received no response. My call a week later went directly to voicemail wtih no return call. I have now submitted a formal complaint with my credit card company and am awaiting results.
