I can not remember the actual store name or the address of the online store, all I have to go on is an email address and a link to a download contained within email correspondence. I Purchased office 2010 from gomystore. Cachecn.com as I just needed to update my copy of outlook to work with misc. Software after their updates etc. This was cheaper than purchasing outlook on it's own.
Everything looked legit, I did a google search on the store name, nothing came up for any scams etc. And reveiws and comments came up with a 95% score. Anyway, $50 is $50. I opted for the 'download' service, rather than wait for a disk to be sent out.
I received and email with link to download page, a long with the software serial/key. After installing the software, the key did not work. I used the 'trial' for a few days before going on holidays for 3 weeks, and emailed to store when I returned. *This 1st email to the store was just over a month after initial purchase. I explained the problem, and to my surprise they sent me a response the same day with another key and told me to re-download the software, with other instructions (uninstall any trial versions or older versions etc). This key did not work either and I started to get suspicious.
My emails after that either went un-responded to or took days or weeks to get a response.in all, I have been given 5 different keys that do not work. I had asked for a refund after the 2nd key did not work, which was ignored and I was just told to try this 'other' serial.
I have since purchased a legit copy. From MS themselves.
