The initial debit of $5.18 occurred on 12 January when I ordered the product. It hadn't arrived by monday 23 January and so I set about cancelling my membership as I was concerned with the non arrival of the product. After not receiving an answer to my email of the 24th requesting cancellation of my order, I contacted my bank just now to cancel my credit card. I was informed by the bank this is the only way to ensure no further deductions by the company.
