I was in Cancun, Mexico, last week and I used a public phone to make a call to Quebec City in Canada. On the phone, it's written 3$ for a minute. I talked just a minute and BBG charged on my credit card 35.64$ one time. The same montant a other time in the same day and 34.76$ two days father and I was in Quebec.
