As soon as I landed at Schiphol airport, I tried calling home (India) from public phone (green box). Since I had no coins, I used my credit card. My call didn't get through. Then I made a local call to my friend and I spoke for less than a minute. My credit card is charged twice on the same day to about $58. Next day there is another message for another $14. I get messages from this company Luxembourg@bbg
This is ridiculous and how do I get back this money now?
Where should I lodge my complaint? KPN (green box)? Schipol airport or BBG Luxembourg. Please resolve.
