Awaiting for the tablets to arrive - decided to give them a call to see if they had been shipped. Checked scambook first and low and behold lots of you had already made a complaint. I did ring them and get a cancellation no, I then rand my credit card provider and spoke with the disputed team. It appears that as I have cancelled with 14 days (by luck as today was the last day) we should be able to stop them taking anymore money. It would seem that they hold on to the goods until the time has elapsed (14 days) then they can take the next amount as you have not cancelled within the fourteen days. So anyone who has just realised it is a scam, email them and phone them and get the cancellation codes before the 14 days and hopefully your banks/credit cards will payout. 0808 168 3668 and email [email protected] hope this helps.
