Guns America
Rude customer service

I had recently opened a Seller's account for my business on Guns America to list and sell items on Guns America.

After listing several items I noticed that they did not offer an option for a "viewed/visitor counter" nor did I see one on my page so I contacted there Customer Service with the following e-mail:

"CS,
Is there a “view counter” for items posted? I have posted a couple of bayonets but do not want to keep listing items if they are not being viewed or if I cannot tell if people are looking at my postings.
Please advise."

This was their reply:

"Three million people come and go here every month. It has been viewed. We are working on a counter system. If stuff doesn't sell it is either not in demand or overpriced."

At first I didn't even get it and read it over, then I thought, first, how difficult is it to have a "counter" inserted, it's like website 101. I built a website myself for my business several years ago and have a counter for each and every page and not only know how many people see that page, but how long they stay on it. Second, they tell me "it has been viewed" I had only listed the items a few minutes ago and never expected for them to have already been viewed, but thanks for the positive information Guns America Customer Service, I'll sleep better knowing it is being viewed. And last, the comment "if it isn't selling it's either not in demand or is overpriced" thanks for doing all my market research for me, I sell U.S. M7 Bayonets that are priced well below the market and are a superior product, I manage to sell dozens a day on several other sites but I guess you guys know my business better than I do?

I just thought that the reply I received was very rude. I am all about sales and Customer Service and think they could have done much better like:

Dear faerospace,

Thank you opening an account with Guns America. We are currently working on a counter for sellers use and hope to have that up and running soon.

Thanks and best of luck selling."

I sent an e-mail asking for the name and phone number for someone in charge of customer service over a week ago and have received NO REPLY, even know they claim to take NO LONGER than 72 hours to reply. My first reply took only two (2) days.
