The end of October, I purchased a watch for perfectwatches.net for my wifes birthday. After two weeks we recieved it, the watch stopped working. I emailed the company and thet sid the problem was we needed to replace the battery. We questions why a watch that is two weeks old needs a battery, but took their advise and got it replaced. Even after the battery was replaced the watch still did not function. After several attempts to get a repalcement or my money back, (emails were sent), tehy have failed to answer me. I am considering this matter as fraud. Can you please help.
