I got an email about the flexcard program to help me re-establish my credit. I paid the 69.00 fee and was waiting on my card. It is now January 23, and I have not been able to contact anyone at the company for a refund or any information. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and they were unable to help me. This company needs to be exposed and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!! My credit card company will not refund my money because they said they can not verify the refund with the company, so now I am out of 69.00 and I need my money!!!
