Placed order with top10brand, took money out of my account before they verified they had the item. Played email tag with sales rep Fiona, who told us to make three more choices that we might want, we emailed her back our next three choices, it took her days to respond to our emails. Finally she responded only to tell us, that our choices were not in stock and we should choose another three to four items! We responded by email that we just want our account credited for the funds she owes us, and we haven't heard from Fiona since.
